There were many “Byzantine burpees” in last night’s worship service — The Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete. It was quite a physical service.

There are enough political opinions on the web, and most of them probably do less to persuade Next → Erasing Plastic For Christmas, I asked for some plastic-free hygiene items. I got some nice soap, shampoo and conditioner. So far, they’ve worked out really well.
